Keep in Control

Know when an analyzer drifts, before an audit does

Daily zero and span results are tracked against your limits. When a check fails, ES-DAHS marks the data out of control until a passing retest.

Review & Sign Off

Sign off the month one day at a time

Review each source-day, invalidate what shouldn't count, and fill gaps within the substitution limits. Nothing reaches a report until it's signed off.

Report

The month's files, built from signed-off data

Generate the monthly data file, monthly reports, and annual summary in your regulator's own formats. Each filing is tracked through to its confirmation number.

FAQ

Common Questions

What is a DAHS?

A data acquisition and handling system is the software that collects readings from a CEMS, applies the regulator's data rules, and produces the compliance reports. Every CEMS needs one.

Does ES-DAHS work with my analyzers?

Yes, if your analyzers report through a DCS, PLC, or historian over OPC UA, Modbus TCP, SQL, REST, or PLCnext. ES-DAHS is not tied to any analyzer manufacturer.

Does ES-DAHS submit reports to the regulator for me?

No. ES-DAHS generates and locks the monthly file. Your team submits it through the regulator's portal and records the confirmation in ES-DAHS, so every filing has a complete history.

Which regulations does ES-DAHS support?

Today, the Alberta CEMS Code (2021) and the AEP CEMS User Manual. Each jurisdiction's rules sit in their own rule pack, separate from how ES-DAHS collects and stores your data, so adding another jurisdiction means adding its rule pack, not rebuilding the system. Ask us about yours.

Is ES-DAHS cloud-based?

No. ES-DAHS runs on a server at your site, and operators connect from their own workstations over a single encrypted HTTPS port.
